She kind of lost herself a couple of times due to something xD
Funny thing is, that the lyrics showing on the screen are the Billy Idol ones.
There were actually some songs from Broadway stuck like Knight of Blood, Terezi’s blind (I think its name was).
I forgot to film her when she did it the second time, where everyone started to backing her up, and she FUCKING NAILED IT.
Man that was so god damn awesome.

I…don’t think I dare to listen to this, but yeah, it’s a shame you didn’t film me when I managed to sing it all!

The thing is, I DO know this song all to well, but being nervous + a different sounding background music + a chorus made me mess up those times which was all kinds of annoying…(and yes, the fact that it was a whole other set of lyrics being shown on screen so I spent most time just staring into the wall beside it)

But I said to myself (and Nelly) that I needed revenge, so the second time there were actually a LOT more people in the room, people started joining in on the refrain and I was like 10x more nervous, and I toootally nailed it all!
LOVE that feeling! 

There was even another Homestuck cosplayer who came up to me when I was done and was like “How the hell did you learn all that?! omg that was crazy!”

but yeaaah, if you dare to listen to me sing and mess up at some places, go ahead, I don’t think I will do it!

Ok I am at work and I am sooooo bored so I’ll just reblog this - my Terezi-cosplay - she was really fun to cosplay, too bad about the lack of gray make up at some parts on the arms and hands, I didn’t want to smear that shit all over the place so that’s why :o
